Job Summary

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of effective project controls and procedures;

  • Full-time management of a construction site until completion;

  • Prepare and manage project changes, budgets, qualities and timelines, and ensure effective implementation of the internal change management processes;

  • Prepare and provide necessary briefings to the Project Director and Company Management in regard to the performance of the project in terms of schedule, quality, risk and cost;

  • Prepare and provide briefings to the Project Director in regard to all material matters relating to the administration of AECOM’s services contract including change and variation management as well as Extension of Time;

  • Prepare, edit and approve weekly/monthly reports to Client;

  • Review/approve weekly/monthly reports from EPCC Contractor;

  • Attend to all project related meetings / discussions etc. and events organized by the Client;

  • Attend to Client’s/EPCC Contractor’s queries, RFI’s, site issues, procurement etc.;

  • Review of EPCC Contractor’s designs, submissions etc.;

  • Prepare and manage AECOM fee control and reporting including invoicing and cashflow management as well as Final Account;

  • Arrange and manage value management workshops and risk management workshops;

  • Liaise with other AECOM business lines, if necessary and coordinate the works, in particular to Ethics & Compliance as well as Health & Safety protocols;

  • Ensure that all AECOM’s internal procedures and controls are fully complied with.

Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge in CONQUAS/ QLASSIC is an added advantage;

  • At least 8 15 years of experience in design office & site (preferably with PE status);

  • Proficient in managing projects & design of civil, structural and/or process elements for industrial/process facilities development;

  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English;

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing a team of site personnel, contractors and sub-contractors;

  • Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority and other relevant compliances;

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Civil & Structural/ Construction Management / Process Engineering or equivalent;
