DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.

  • Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projects.

  • Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors.

Responsible for the coordination of sprint delivery and production release with up to 10+ developers

  • Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence.

  • Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budget

  • Work with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deployments

  • Responsible for multiple projects being implemented in parallel and sprint planning for these projects

  • Responsible for scrum and agile excellence.

QUALIFICATION:

Requirements

6 to 8 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 5+ technical program management experience

Have depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results.

Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority

Work with people and teams within local and remote locations spread across multiple time zones.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ‚Äčability to clearly communicate across all levels of management.

Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.

SCRUM Master certification a plus

3 to 5 Years of experience with Microsoft TFS and Release Planning

Experience with MS SQL preferred
