Within the Test Engineering team at Dell, we are looking for a Specialist, IT Tech Analysis to join our team in Dell Penang (SWTC Bayan Lepas), Malaysia.

A member of theWCA/Onsite team within theDell IT Organisation, theTechnical Analysis team memberis responsible for providing professional, responsive and quality order management services, to support and improve the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle for Dell internal customers. The position directly interacts with all employees of the company through email and live communications. Responsible for receiving, validating and processing work orders whilst maintaining Dells hardware and software standards in the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional responsive and quality order services, to support and improve the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle.
  • Ensures that orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Manages multiple shared Outlook mailboxes.
  • May handle and resolve more complex customer, sales management and operations department requests or complaints.
  • Responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to all internal customers at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Essential Requirements:

Educational - High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.

Personal - Team player with strong analytical and administration skills lateral thinker. Strong customer service ethic. - Self-motivated, can take autonomy for tasks within their responsibility. - Strong interpersonal skill can deal with people of all levels. Technical - Experience in a client services support role. - Strong Microsoft Office and MS business application skills. Desirable - Recognised IT Certificate. - Knowledge of manufacturing, order management or inventory management processes. Benefits
