As part of the Infra and Channel team, this role is to support the Channel readiness program in coordination with Product and implementation team. Manage and Drive the CitiDirect global platform implementation program ensuring the readiness for client. Responsible to define readiness process milestone and drive for closure of implementations without impact to clients. Conduct user trainings for readiness understand end to end flow. Understand business requirements and manage multiple countries/clients cutovers in an effective manner.

Key Functional Roles :

  • Responsible for Channel Operational Readiness in Region

  • Manage and track Channel Platform changes for Commercialization

  • Arrange trainings to the Channel and Implementation teams

  • Drive the initiatives for MIFT reduction

  • Manage migration of Clients from Legacy plat form to Next Generation CitiDirect Plat forms

  • Plan and ensure operation readiness during project implementation

  • Plan and participate in Post cutover production monitoring activities

  • Work closely with product, service and processing team to understand the area for process improvement, STP improvement, customer call reduction and client experience optimization

  • Effective partners with Product and Client services for the Channel & Enterprise Services business

  • Work with Client Delivery infrastructure for Channel & enterprise solution implementation Readiness

  • Support Client Operations core infrastructure and technology investment (STaRS, IVR) and systems and process

  • Through analysis, business requirements, testing and readiness activities for all new products, enhancements, and large transformation projects

  • Ensures operational, service, self-service, commercialization and client readiness

  • Support Global Payments and receivables Process

  • Serve as the point of contact both regionally and globally

  • Focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree holder. Post graduate degree would be an added advantage.

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years banking experience preferably Cash payments domain

  • Working knowledge of e-banking domains is preferred

  • Knowledge of SDLC testing cycles and process risk & controls is preferred

  • Articulate, with strong communication skills both written and spoken

  • Strong process-oriented mindset – able to establish critical processes

  • Proactive to take lead in investigating issues and accountable for resolution

  • Responsible, organized, responsive and able to multitask under pressure

  • Good Leadership ability and work in a team environment
