As part of the Regional Infrastructure and Channel team under TTS business you will be responsible to lead the CitiFT team which will contain Static Data, Project Team, UAT Management and end to end delivery. Support the Payments and Receivables processing by managing the CitiFT Static Data, System Migrations, Operation Readiness and Testing execution management for various rollouts for CitiFT projects. CitiFT Project Management which will include end to end tracking with vendor management for UAT support and delivery. Support functional training, user access and coordination with various project teams on rollout. Understand the security matrix controls for applications and manage the implementations. You will act as central pivot point managing multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology and Operations to ensure project rollout in smooth and efficient manner.

Key Functional Roles:

  • Manage multiple CitiFT country product projects for implementaion

  • Managing of CitiFT Process elements include SLA, Testing process, Communication process, documentation process & controls/review processes

  • Ensure adequate controls are in place for timely completion of project with defined roles and responsibilities for the project team

  • Comply with Citi policies and Risks & controls processes

  • Manage and ensure Operational readiness from CitiFT for Operations usage

  • Single point of contact point for operations and business partners to collaborate for ensuring all vital parameters of project are met within deadlines

  • Manage the CitiFT UAT team for UAT execution and track multiple projects

  • Review and track the KPI for the third party vendor. Vendor management, to manage the relation and service delivery

  • Be a motivator, Train, guide, coach, develop people Lead by example

  • Possess strong analytical skills to determine key business/operational needs, identify related risks and formulate effective solutions

  • Understand and review operational processes, drive process changes to fully realize system capability/potential to achieve productivity gains, efficiency and improve service delivery

  • Manage stakeholder communications for timely escalations/updates to the project stakeholders on the projects and mitigate project risks

  • Drive innovation projects focused at increasing the operating efficiency of the team

  • Be a team player, work to optimize manpower to achieve higher productivity levels

  • Identify and develop high performers for next level jobs

  • Focus on continuous process improvements and cost improvement initiatives

  • Manage the CitiFT Project timelines as well as work with UAT team for delivery

Qualifications

  • Degree holder

  • Post graduate degree would be an added advantage

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years banking experience preferably Cash payments domain

  • Working knowledge of cash operations and processes is preferred

  • Knowledge of SDLC testing cycles and process risk and controls is preferred

  • Articulate, with strong communication skills both written and spoken

  • Drive the project effectively and in timely manner

  • Strong process-oriented mindset – able to establish critical processes

  • Proven record of strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to identify key risks and issues

  • Proactive to take lead in investigating issues and accountable for resolution

  • Responsible, organized, responsive and able to multitask under pressure

  • Good Leadership ability and work in a team environment

  • Experience with Global Payplus, knowledge of cash payment processing and products, background in operations process management would be advantageous
