Dell Sr Analyst, IT Service Ops in CYBERJAYA, Malaysia

As a front line global Network Engineering , your role including:

· Attending trouble or problem tickets raised by users

· Attending to Change Tickets and Work Order Requests raised by users

· Support and Diagnosis of networks related issue worldwide

· Support and diagnosis of Telecom private lease lines, managed networks, and Internet VPN infrastructure

· Support and diagnosis for DNS, Load balancers, WINS, DHCP systems

· Support and diagnosis of Security networks such as firewall and proxies

· Support LAN data network and have good knowledge in STP, LAN Switching, HSRP.

· Have good knowledge in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, CISCO IOS command

· Knowledge in IPT/VOIP will be added advantages

· Proactive monitoring and management of Dell Global Networks

· Provide Network support services within agreed service levels

· Standardizing and maintenance of Network Operating systems and firmware worldwide

· Utilizing network performance measurement and monitoring tools

· Daily, weekly, and monthly network capacity and performance reporting

· Exhibit good communication skills when handling critical incidents especially command skills when working in

· collaboration to solve an issue with other teams

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

For this role, you will be liaising with:

· Backbone support world wide

· User/ Business Partner when solving the issue.

· Networking and telecom vendors worldwide

· Other technical support units such as server team, database, application support

· Team with 7 x 24 and 12 hour shift work, 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am

In order to be considered for this role, you must possess:

· Minimum Degree holder

· Minimum 3 years Network support technical experience

· Strong communication skill

· Excellence team work

· Experience in Network troubleshooting

· Willing to work in 12 hours rotation shift.

· Cisco certification is added advantage
