SFDC L3 Support – SFDC Environment and Informatica Maintenance
Level 3 support on SFDC and Informatica integration issues that are reported in the business.
Manages but not limited to user profiles, roles, packages, security, objects, resources, reports and workflow rules.
Creates and maintains documentation for all activities pertaining to L3 operational activities.
Provides expertise and input in helping the team makes right decisions on implementations business requests.
Administer and maintain the CRM environments to Dell's standards, policies and procedures.
Able to conceptualize and develop solutions for complex process flows within and between different source systems and integration points.
Knowledge and Skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
5 years’ experience in ETL development with Informatica Power Center in Data Integration or Data Warehouse applications.
Strong understanding of ETL concept, design and approaches
Experience in Informatica code issues, performance Issues, best practices, advance mapping techniques, advance workflow techniques, workflow scheduler, workflow recovery, error handling, performance tuning, repository reporting, memory allocation and pipeline partitioning
Proficiency in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries and stored processes would be added advantage.
Exposure to data quality standards, checking and procedures
Experience with Oracle database is an added advantage
