Telecom Administrator

Responsible to manage and resolve Work Orders & Incident Tickets raised by users or auto generated.

Support and Diagnosis of mainly Cisco/Avaya and Softphone technology.

Support and diagnosis of Telecom switches, and Internet VPN infrastructure.

Have good knowledge in Cisco, Avaya, PABX, TFN troubleshooting

Knowledge in IPT/VOIP will be added advantages

Provide Telecom support services within agreed service levels

Exhibit good communication skills when handling critical incidents especially command skills when working in collaboration to solve an issue with other teams

Able to work in a fast paced environment and very strong teamwork

Liaising with:

Onsite/ Site Servicesglobally

User/ Business Partner when solving the issue.

Networking and telecom vendors worldwide.

Other technical support units such as server team, database, application support

Experience in leading a small team and working in shift.


Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.

Exceptional customer service, problem solving, and good English communication skills

Strong team player with ability to work in a team and independently

Understands basic concepts of systems administration.

Excellent time management skills, strong organizational and documentation skills.

Fast learner, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks

Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers

Strong team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level in the follow the sun model.

Problem solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively.
