In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

Job Descriptions

  • Account receivable management and escalations

  • Account payable management and escalations

  • Month-end closing activities including JV processing & BW reporting and analyzing factory variances results

  • Lead in monthly team meeting with Buyers & Contract Manufacturers

  • Act as Finance advisory on manual invoicing and credit notes and assess the impact & implication of the transactions

  • Act as main Finance support on any BuySell project initiatives to evaluate the impact to current and future processes

  • Actively participate in driving global process improvements initiatives

  • Provides standard to moderately complex financial support that is either transactional or analytical for a financial function or a business

  • Handles moderately complex business issues on a routine basis

  • Conduct Internal SOX audit on BuySell processes

  • Liaise with external auditors on BuySell processes to provide the necessary documentation

  • Act as reviewer for accounts reconciliation

  • Preparing analysis and submitting for Balance Sheet Review to the Regional Controllership organization, EFR and Audit teams

  • Work with the global strategic sourcing team and vendors in China and Taiwan

About the candidate

Required

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in Accounting, Business, Economics or related disciplines; and/or equivalent Professional Qualifications e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CPA, MICPA

  • Typically 5+ years of experience as a financial/costing analyst

  • Must have management accounting, factory accounting or manufacturing costing experience

  • Experience working in Supply Chain/Manufacturing industry is highly preferred

  • Good Mandarin language skills (verbal and written) as the role requires close working partnership with China and Taiwan

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

  • Knowledge in SAP will be an added value

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Superior teamwork skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Good project management skills
