The Opportunity

ISGs SDS Sales Program Snr Manager. The ISGs SDS Sales Programs Snr Manager or Snr Product Line Manager

(PLM) is responsible for developing the ISG support & deployment strategy and go-to-market programs. The candidate will need to own and grow the business by developing the right business strategies and drive the execution with the right programs. The candidate will also work with the Global Product Managers to assist with product launches and develop the specific programs to drive the revenue and to enable the sales and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

ISGS SDS Sales Program Snr Manager

The candidate will be accountable for the Support & Development Services revenue and margin for the whole range of DELL EMC ISG offering. This is a very exciting growth area, particularly in the Asia Pacific & Greater China region where Dell EMCs ISG business is becoming a rapidly larger portion of the global revenue. The successful candidate will be an end-to-end business owner from demand generation programs, to the right products, to the operational ability to bring offers to the sales team. The successful candidate will have a rare combination of: strategic ability to prioritize, the ability to develop new programs in an ambiguous environment, and the need to achieve cross-functional results and enlist the support of others.

The successful candidate should have the confidence to establish and drive programs to:

  • Grow the ISGs Support & Development services revenue across all segments: Enterprise, Commercial, Consumers and data center products across direct and indirect space.

  • Own & develop the right program to drive the growth of the business adoption in the direct and indirect business space.

  • Own the related business metrics and KPIs which including the services attach rate, penetration rate, SRU, SMU etc.

  • Own the quarterly and ad hoc business analytics and update to the key stake holders

  • Own the product launches which including the sales enablement & programs

  • Ability to work well with peers, stake holders and core sales team in execution the business strategies in both the direct and indirect space.


Degree or Diploma from top university; business or engineering preferred

Advanced marketing, product development or MBA degree preferred

7 to 10 years experience in IT industry, experience in sales roles / product / service business is an advantages.

Strong business analytics & reporting capabilities.

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Demonstrated competence in project management

Proven track record of success within complex, matrixes organizations

Work experience with complex services (e.g. intake, consulting, delivery engineers, SOW etc.) is an added advantages.

Pleasant personality with positive attitude and a strong team player qualities.
