Partner Relationship

-Develop and maintain strong business relationships with our distributor (management & line personnel)

-Lead the day-to-day relationship with Distributor and to engage Dell’s cross-functional team in response to partners needs

-Key point of contact for distributor on escalations (sales, credit, pricing and deal registration)

-Ensuring that our distributors adhere to Dell’s compliance standards

Partner Development

-Develop and maintain an Account Plan that meets both organization’s (Dell + Distributor) Business Objectives

-Manage and execute quarterly marketing budgets to support distributor’s plans

-Ensuring that our Distributors has a full understanding of Dell Partner Programs/Rebate

-Create and execute awareness and enablement training programs (for Distributor and 2 nd Tier Partners)

Sales Focus

-Stock & Sell (SNS) Business

-Responsible for the Country’s Distributor Sell-In, Sell-Thru and WSI health

-Conduct weekly meetings with Distributors (Sell-In & Sell-Thru Forecast, SKU Level Tracking, WSI Management and Aged Inventory)

-Responsible for Country’s Quarterly SNS Programs (Sell Thru focus)

-Ensuring that our distributors submits their Zyme Reports timely and accurately

-Back to Back (B2B) Business

-Channel Led Opportunities (Primary Focus)

-Develop and execute a plan that focuses on growing the non-MFT coverage and business growth

-Pipeline generation and management

-Dell Led Opportunities

-Ensuring that our Distributor’s extended credit is sufficient to support the MFT business

-Provide regular updates to our Distributors on their QTD Attainments
