About the Business Line
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.
Support senior managers in client/stakeholder engagement and developing sustainable solutions for environmental issues.
Conduct environmental data collection, field investigation/surveys and prepare reports for environmental impact assessment (EIA), waste management studies and/or other environmental studies.
Execute coordination and project management of environmental projects/studies.
Prepare proposal and assist in business development and maintaining relationships with clients.
Interact with government agencies/stakeholders and assist in submissions/approvals.
Minimum 7 years of working experiences under IAP Waste Management in Environmental background and consulting industry
EIA Consultant registration with the Malaysia DOE
Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license/personal vehicle.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiar with Malaysian EIA Guidelines & Legislation.
Ability to undertake complex and interdisciplinary environmental studies.
Good project management skills.
Candidates should be able to demonstrable track record in at least three of the following disciplines:
Environmental Impact Assessment.
Waste Management Studies.
Ideally, candidates should possess international experience in EIA/EHS.
The ability to learn quickly, work flexibly and apply thinking outside the box would be a distinct advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
- A recognized Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering/Waste Management.
