Our professionals specialize in design, master planning, environmental and ecological planning, strategic planning and economic development. We create implementable solutions that promote sustainable land use and enhance quality of life.

Job Summary

  • To support and translation for Presentation, Report Documents, Contracts,

  • To assist PMs for preparation of ISO documents,

  • To assist PDs and PMs for preparation of contracts, proposals, marketing/BD documents,

  • To support PDs and project team for project related travel arrangements,

  • To support PDD for project sheets,

  • Arrange meetings and conference call,

  • To assist the Studio for time sheets gathering, schedule team works,

  • Arrange reviews (project/creative on internal and external)

  • Management on studio daily operations and administration. (Stationary, report, magazines and books, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in project and team leadership experience;

  • Demonstrated production experience with Microcoft Office

  • Demonstrated experience in the project support and operation

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (English) are necessary;

  • Ability to effectively manage time and self-edit work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree in Business Administration
