Evangelize & develop programs for the growth of partner software within Dell.
Focused & drive on profitability, revenue creation, partner engagement & new business enablement.
Exclusively focusing on a group of Software partner portfolio and be the go to expert for the wider Dell-EMC team
Support deal registration and competency programs that help drive growth in software sale
Built quarterly marketing plans & justify funding from partners to identify targeted products in joint marketing programs with Dell marketing.
Managing and handling sales events, contest and activities to drive mindshare and growth to business
Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution.
Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs.
Consistently meet and exceed all sales targets appointed
Point of contact for Partner Software product of the supporting region
Responsible to drive leads and sales of the product
Drive product SKU execution & management
Proven track record driving sales and marketing preferably in Software or services
Intermediate experience in ICT selling to end-user customers or channel Partners
Demonstrable account management experience
Ability to develop marketing initiatives targeting our sales and channel partners
Experience in working with operations and procurement teams
Extensive experience with Software licensing sale
Over five years relevant industry experience
Any other foreign language is a plus (Japanese preferred but not limited to)
