Within the Sales Operations teamin Dell, we are looking for aSpecialist, SalesOperations to join our team in Dell Penang (SWTC, Bayan Lepas), Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • To work with the Sales team and assist in resolving all order escalation issues, working closely with the Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management teams.

  • To support order downloading process using Order Management System.

  • To support and drive Frictionless/B2B initiatives with Online team.

  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring orders downloaded according to customers requirement.

  • To Identify opportunities for business process improvement in Order Processing.

  • To attend all Mandatory training approved by manager within the stipulated timelines.

  • Be responsible forAPJ OP Process streamlining & improvement.

QUALIFICATION:

Essential Requirements

  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience in handling customer service.

  • Strong leadership behavior and drive for results.

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills -English& ChineseLanguages.

  • Ability to communicate to all levels within an organization.

  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership.

  • Well-developed problem solving skills.

  • Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated.

  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Fluent communications in English/Mandarin - written and verbal.

  • Understanding of the business and APJ business market.
