Key Responsibilities

Responsible to own & implementing the strategy for Dell Technologies to seamlessly manager end to the workforce reduction strategy (WFR). This will included defining the process steps, timelines and owners including harmonization and key stakeholder alignment. This senior position interacts with process owners, functional leaders and the HR executives to drive the program objectives, milestones and schedule.

  • Define strategy. Clearly define the end to end strategy for WFR. Enabling clear roles and responsibilities and communication of the process to customers. Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aligned

  • Define, own and implement a comprehensible project plan that enables harmonization of legacy process including streamlining and centralizing of process steps, documentation & policies , ensuring legal compliance per country

  • Manage/lead cross functional team from multiple time zones. Plans and schedules/participates in reviews to: track, report and manage to the program schedule and deliverable. Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and application. Facilitate top–down and bottom-up processes and operations. Help prioritize work flow to ensure program stays on track and goals are meet.

  • Define a robust cadence to manage agreed program changes, influence decision makers and drive problem resolution

  • Stakeholder management and project status updates and readout to the HR/Finance/Legal/Security leadership teams and VCIO.

  • Working directly with the WFR Operations PM :

  • Ownership to ensure yearly cadence calendar is defined and agreed on time.

  • Drive regional compliance to the monthly/quarterly operations cadence.

  • Define and provide reporting analysis to executive leaders and key stakeholder as agreed

  • Field questions and queries on the WFR process

  • Bachelor's degree - field of study (if applicable): Finance, Business, Technical - required

  • Ability to lead a complex project [many deliverables] with a cross functional global team

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • Analytical capabilities to interpret plan of Record into key milestones and key objectives

  • Self-managed and adaptive to the needs of the integration team

  • and Business Unit Sponsor Sets and adjusts goals and priorities on each project

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience leading large complex projects

  • WFR process knowledge required

  • Master's degree – preferred
