Dell Advisor, Sales Planning &Strategy in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia

Drive key sales strategic initiatives, and supports the development of long-term sales growth plans and profitability objectives. Develop and manage sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training and development needs. Analyze and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market.

  • Identifies and evaluates sales growth strategies

  • Develops new analytical tools and operational processes

  • Recommends and implements sales force performance strategies and tracking models on the basis of analytical findings

  • Implements process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience and productivity

  • Assists with implementation of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives

  • Provide insightful analysis, including but not limited to revenue, margin, partner and products, to support management decision making

  • Lead cross functional teams for operational process optimization

  • Coordinate with internal Channel sales and support functions in improving partner account data quality and internal reporting accuracy

  • Drive Channel sales and partner enablement activities to closure and success


  • Prerequisite degree in Business Studies, Finance or a related professional qualification;

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales Ops or Business Analysis related job scope preferably in an MNC and IT industry.

  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.

  • Attention to detail plus good administrative, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

  • Advanced PC skills using Excel and PowerPoint are a must.

  • Possess data analytical skills with strong business acumen.
