Role Overview

The Corporate FP&A team is looking for Financial Analysis Advisor to join our team to support Operating Expense (OPEX) analysis for IT Telecom function. The primary responsibilities for this position are preparing the annual budget, monthly forecasts, monitoring performance with monthly close reports, and preparing analytical reports/analysis.   • The role includes leading "Circuit" type of Service under “IT Telecom” process

  • Review/analyze/consolidate Circuit related budgets/outlooks and actual results , be able to identify the risks and opportunities time and again to be able to analyze accurately.

  • Manage circuit inventory management & reporting, with good drilldown and analytics to support bridge the forecast and outlooks.

  • Manage circuit end to end telecom processes by partnering with the Provisioning/business ops/ accounting/tax and AP teams respectively.

  • Work together with TEM team on bill audit to identify cost saving.

  • Includes supporting EMEA region - Budget preparation forecast/outlook and analysis of actual results “Close”, variance analysis

  • Drive monthly telecom accounting close and ensure adequacy of accrual for Circuit related spend and coordinate with accounting where appropriate.

  • Co-ordinate/work with the circuit team on timely vendor payment and reconciling outstanding balances with vendor to ensure no contingency liability.

  • Support business goal to achieve and validate bullet train saving initiatives.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in related accounting/finance environment

  • Possess good interpersonal skill and Microsoft Excel skill.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good command of English

  • Adaptive to changes
